Absolution 2001

This 16-page onezine, published in 2001 by the mother-daughter zinester duo Lucretia Baldwin "Teka" Ward and Lucretia Tye Jasmine, features newspaper and magazine clippings that explore the presence of women in fairy tales, the voices of storytellers, and the visibility of women in show business, especially in relation to their age. Other works by Jasmine include The groupie gospel mixtape zine, Ghost author, and Touché. Additionally, Ward and Jasmine have also published Some girls riot. All of these titles are part of the RAPMM collection.
